This website is dedicated to all those people who are trying to make a living using the internet. This will detail our journey to attempt to make some residual income marketing on line.

Anyone can feel free to leave their comments and experiences as well.

Our journey began when we were contacted by a company that promised to take us by the hand, and have us making about $5,000 per month within a 6 month period. Yep, we’ve all been there. Anyone who has tried ecommerce, affiliate marketing, marketing your own products on line, or any other type of internet marketing; has more than likely spent a few thousand dollars on these “internet gurus”.

We were no different. Of course, they didn’t do anything for us.

We put up our websites, and guess what? No traffic! Now we have wised-up, and are finding lots of free information available on the web. We know that there is a lot of money to make by marketing online, and we are exploring all of our options. There are actually a lot of really good mentors and programs out there. After looking around at all of those programs that offer to ‘do everything” for you, we decided that we wanted to learn everything for ourselves, from the ground up. We have learned how to design our own websites, and monetize them. It took us awhile to learn all of this. We are both retired, and looking for some additional income. I was a nurse for over 30 years, so this was VERY different for me. We now have 21 websites up, and they are starting to get some great, organic traffic (traffic we are not paying for). We are still learning. We are trying different types of websites, and using different methods to monetize them. We are learning about backlinks, writing articles on e-zine and other top article sites. We have Hub pages, and Squidoo websites. We are doing affiliate marketing, as well as AdSense and Amazon.

We have learned a great deal from many different membership sites, and forums. Some really great sites are: Affilorama, and Chris Farrell.
